With a wealth of practical experience in the delivery of corporate events both live and virtual, I have been involved in a variety of projects across a broad range of sectors. Together with a full knowledge of logistical, technical and production procedures and excellent attention to detail I will always provide the highest level of service.
I have worked for their client Advertising Week Europe, an annual event since 2014. It is a weeklong event of fast paced back-to-back presentations by leaders in the industry of advertising, media and social media which takes place in various central London locations. Key responsibilities • Main contact point for speakers / presenters when they arrive on site. • Liaise between the speaker and AV concerning presentation content. • Stage management. • Coordinate technical and volunteer support. • In 2021 I took on the role of Content Producer for the ‘Virtual’ Ad Week Europe event.
Since 2014 I have provided both office and onsite support to the UK events team. I am also involved in the annual ACM at the O2 Arena as backstage VIP liaison and have been part of the production team for previous Award Ceremonies. Key responsibilities • Prepare attendees lists, badges & other materials needed at workshops/events and coordinate onsite registration/accommodation/transport needs. • Lead for onsite Production, F&B team and workshop logistics. • ACM Expense Co-ordinator; claim processing, reviewing, and checking accuracy of claims, dealing with queries and logging for approx. 2000 delegates.
