As a freelance virtual event support professional, my role involves providing technical support for virtual events such as webinars, online conferences, and virtual trade shows. This includes setting up and testing audio and video equipment, troubleshooting technical issues during the event, and providing assistance to speakers and attendees. In addition, I am responsible for managing the virtual event platform, such as managing the chat feature and monitoring the event to ensure it runs smoothly. I am also involved in the planning and preparation stages of the event, working closely with event organizers to ensure all technical requirements are met.
