I started my career in live events 7 years ago, my initial work was as project coordinator across a number of corporate events that took place in Europe, Asia and the US. This gave me a thorough understanding of the event industry and the diverse skill set required to deliver at a high standard as well as problem solves quickly for the inevitable last minute requests or unforeseen circumstances that can often arise despite the most thorough planning.
Since then I have spent some time working on public sector projects that have taken place in and around London, these jobs have given me more grounding in event operations and enhanced my project management skills. I’m a hardworking and enthusiastic person who thrives working in a team. Jobs on this scale require high levels of detail and clear communication skills to ensure that the right people have the latest information they need to enable them and multiple steakholders to align their plans effectively.
I have worked with clients across a variety of industries including government, tech, fuel, retail and insurance. I have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills as well as broad experience in research, logistics, delegate registration, operations, branding & signage, production, supplier liaison, on-site event management and budgeting & financial administration.
