Overview

Hi, I'm Lucija - and I don't just manage events, I own them.

From the first client conversation to the final guest leaving the room, I take full responsibility for every detail in between. Over the past five years I've delivered 300+ events across London: corporate dinners, brand activations, VIP hospitality, product launches, and everything in between, working with clients ranging from Crowdstrike and Deloitte to F1 team sponsors and partners like Peroni and Sky Sports.

My background is in high-pressure, high-expectation environments where things move fast and nothing can go visibly wrong. I've built a reputation for being the person in the room who stays calm when plans change, thinks three steps ahead, and makes clients feel like everything is completely under control - because it is. :)

What makes me a little different:
I'm not agency-trained which means I developed my commercial instincts, problem-solving ability, and client management skills the hard way, in the deep end, without a big infrastructure behind me. 
I also bring something genuinely rare to the UK events market: full destination event production capability in Croatia. Native language, established supplier network, UK production standards. If you're looking for a fresh European destination that isn't overpriced or oversaturated - I'm your person.

I'm based in London, fully flexible to travel, and available for freelance projects, race weekends, agency roster support, and everything in between.
