Overview

Hi I’m Jenni. I’ve been working in events for over 20 years and I’m an artful event planner. I’ve got experience that spans global to local briefs, delivering everything from product launches, conferences, award shows, after parties, round table dinners, roadshows, videos and virtual events. 

I’m passionate about getting the brief right, understanding the objectives and what success is going to look like as in my experience, that’s where an event that exceeds expectations begins. So planning to me is everything. And once we’ve nailed that, the fun begins with exploring the creativity, connection and talent that’s going to make your event one to remember. 

A great event is like a show. It’s got a beginning, a middle and an end.

In the beginning we make a plan – set out the vision, understand what you want to achieve, what success looks like based on measurable objectives. We think about the audience, what’s going to engage them, thrill them, connect them and make it an event to remember it for years to come. 

Then we get into the details and the event itself. Layering creativity and visual drama to bring your message to life - from the mood boards, scripts and concepts to the stage, lighting, set, animation and talent that turns your brief into reality. I’m passionate about the details and making sure your audience has multiple touch points to connect them to the event creating a truly immersive experience is critical to us. Every moment matters.  

But all good things must come to an end! And when the show is over, we measure the results, review the learnings and celebrate the success. 

As a freelance or agency contributor, I’m comfortable wearing a number of hats as either event producer, director or project manager. I’m a seasoned professional engaging with clients, building and leading a team, managing multiple vendors and budgets of all scales.
