The Care Leaders Network (CLN) is the professional community for the leaders of social care organisations.
Established in 2021, CLN brings together owners and C-suite members of care organisations via an online community and in person networking events.
We are looking for an experienced Event Manager to plan and execute a number of private dining events on an ongoing basis, mainly located in London. The events will be between 15-25 guests.
Key responsibilities include:
Create an event plan according to brief and budget
Source and book venue, agree menu choices with CEO and COO
Act as main point of contact for the venue
Act as main point of contact for the guests
Act as main point of contact for event sponsor
Be on-site on the day of the event, ensuring everything executed smoothly
Create and manage invitations, reminders, confirmations and guest list
Create event promotion activity plan and work with CLN team to execute (e.g social media and community promotion)
Manage post event follow-up/feedback
You will work autonomously, liaising with CEO, COO and marketing team on certain aspects of the event.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced events professional to 'put their stamp' on the way we run events at CLN.
Having organised a handful of successful events in-house, we are looking to rapidly expand our events programme in 2023.
