Overview

Event Management professional with experience in corporate, sporting and other events. I have worked as a freelancer at the events management agency as well as inside the company, in private and public sectors. I have gained experience while working and volunteering at events in the UK and Lithuania. In my latest role I worked with internal corporate events and projects related to employer branding and sustainability projects. 

Planning, organising, and executing internal company events, from high-scale events to all employees, to creative engaging initiatives at the office and supporting sustainability projects.
Developing event concepts and collaborating with other internal teams (e.g. Risk, Internal Communications, Administration) and coordinating all aspects in order to deliver the best results. 
Preparing the yearly event plan, managing yearly budget. 
Collaborating and managing external vendors.
Improving internal events by evaluating post-event feedback.
