My main focus is on the event F1RE, a cycling race held at the Monza Circuit. I am also actively involved in other running events such as Milano21 and participate in the organization of triathlon races.
I have worked with RCS Sports & Events, serving for the second consecutive year as Team Manager for Continental during Giro-E, a side event of the Giro d’Italia that features electric bikes.
For the same company, I was also involved in supervision activities during the Milan Marathon weekend, including positioning of information totems to guide participants and, on race day, managing cheer zones along the route and coordinating flow between the marathon and the relay race.

As a B2B Support Specialist, I was responsible for efficiently managing service requests from Italian partners. My key responsibilities included: Handling enrollment inquiries on the portal, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for our partners. Addressing partner queries related to customer management, providing timely and accurate assistance. Managing and updating pricelists to ensure accurate pricing information for partners. Resolving billing inquiries, ensuring transparent and error-free billing processes. In this role, I consistently demonstrated strong communication and problem-solving skills to support our Italian partners effectively, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and business success.

I am also in charge of managing the five electric Toyota vehicles used during the event. In particular, I created a map identifying strategic charging stations along the route to facilitate the work of the drivers. I also found a suitable pricing plan based on our needs.
