I am Chanchal, a Freelance Event Planner, bringing many years of experience with me in organizing international Meetings & Events. My experience lies especially in the pharmaceutical and medical industry.

I am available for:
- Complete or partial meeting & event organization, from A-Z (delegate management, venue, catering, social program, transfers, hotel, budget, event evaluation)
- Onsite support
- Supporting at wine tastings, events and and fairs (WSET 3 certified)
- Organizing weddings


I am also a Freelance Virtual Assistant (working fully remote), with many years experience in organising complex calendars, day to day and administrative tasks, optimising and creating internal processes, and experienced in supporting global and local teams in an efficient and effective way.
