From concept to connection

I am a freelance event manager with experience organizing events for up to 900 guests, specializing in nightlife, leisure and networking formats. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Strategic Event Management, I focus on strategic planning, operational execution and creating impactful guest experiences.

What I Do

As an event manager, I handle everything from concept development to on-site coordination, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality experiences. My background includes several years in hospitality across restaurants and event venues in roles such as bar management, private event coordination and guest supervision. This has given me a strong operational foundation and deep understanding of service quality.

Alongside event management, I run an event marketing agency specialized in professional promotion for nightlife events, with a focus on Meta ad campaigns. For the past three years, I have worked with collectives and venues such as Chin Chin party series and N8Schicht in Bonn, supporting events from planning through to promotion and execution.

My Approach

I work hands on, take responsibility on site and stay solution-oriented in fast-paced environments. I combine structured planning with creative strategies, always keeping operations realistic and manageable. Clear communication, teamwork and problem-solving are at the core of how I deliver well-run, memorable events.
