The EA Project is a user-centered event production company working at the intersection of entertainment and technology to produce hybrid & virtual events for collaborating organizations contributing to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Events are a place to LEARN, COLLABORATE and NETWORK. By making our events accessible worldwide and offering new creative ways to engage all stakeholders, our mission is to promote positive actions from organizations and help them reach out to more potential partnerships and collaborations than ever before.

Attendees will be able to elaborate their own personalized journeys and network more effectively by using matchmaking features. Virtual attendees will no longer feel left out or feel the “zoom fatigue”.

We use co-design methods to produce the event that will match your marketing goals, respect your identity and deliver the right message. We coordinate the stakeholders all along the process in order to communicate as one and be more impactful.
