With over 16 years' experience in events, project management and client partnerships, I've built my career around bringing people together through exceptional experiences. From international congresses and pharmaceutical meetings to executive events, gala dinners and bespoke celebrations, I enjoy turning ideas into well-planned, memorable events that achieve real impact.

After spending more than eight years with leading event agencies, I established LS Events & Projects Ltd, where I work with my own clients while also supporting agencies and organisations on a consultancy basis. I enjoy becoming an extension of my clients' teams, building trusted relationships and delivering projects that are organised, creative and commercially successful.

Planning and organising have always come naturally to me. I genuinely enjoy solving problems, managing the finer details and keeping projects moving, even in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Whether I'm coordinating a large international conference or a bespoke celebration, I thrive on creating seamless experiences from concept through to delivery.

Alongside my events background, I've developed strong leadership, programme management and stakeholder engagement skills, working across complex, multi-partner environments and leading projects with significant budgets, governance requirements and strategic objectives. These experiences have strengthened my ability to build partnerships, influence senior stakeholders and confidently lead multidisciplinary teams.
