Leah has spent 15+ years inside association events, working with boards, committees, and member stakeholders on annual conferences, and international congresses. She’s planned events for international federations and member bodies whose delegates arrive from a dozen time zones, and she treats visa letters, translation flow, and cross-border contracts as part of the plan, not the panic at the end.
She also spent three years on the venue side, which means she reads hotel contracts the way most planners read agendas , line by line, and from the other side of the table.
Clients describe her work as calm, detail-driven, and quietly relentless about the things that matter. The speaker who needs a different room, the delegate flying in from three time zones away who needs the program in their pocket, the line item nobody questioned.
Based in Toronto. Works with member-driven organizations across Canada, the U.S., and internationally.
