Managed conference related operational expense budgets ranging from $1M to $5M. Partnered with Sales & Marketing departments to develop marketing promotion opportunities. Planned large-scale attendee events comprising vendor research & management, creative proposals, budget forecasting, sponsor deliverables, and on-site execution. Reviewed venue and hotel room block contracts to ensure alignment with program requirements. Oversaw hotel room blocks including attendee pick-up and staff, crew & speaker sub-blocks. Supervised and directed on-site staff including room monitors, security, special event and directional staff.
Spearheaded a weekly Facebook Live event series with a global beauty market leader, overseeing planning, graphics, production, and implementation. Developed marketing materials for sister company Part 2 Promotions, supporting over $200K in additional sales in 2021. Managed planning and execution for 6 high touch events, resulting in repeat business in excess of $150K.
Managed content process for 14 tracks, 150 sessions, and 400 speakers for AWS re:Invent 2022 resulting in an average 4.32/5 average CSAT score. Advised the Industry Marketing organization on all re:Invent content initiatives, deadlines and processes. Drove live polling pilot workstream, collaborating with the Mobile App team and session owners to plan, train, and execute new polling technology resulting in 4.35/5 average CSAT Score based on focus groups, totaling 1000 attendees. Overhauled past reporting dashboards to improve CSAT and attendance data visualization and accessibility. Constructed final reporting for re:Invent 2022, consolidating raw data to build attendance and CSAT metrics based on track, session time/day, session type, speaker type, and ad hoc variables.
