Operation Direction: development and implementation of operation models for events, forums and corporations. (Including: staff requirements, compliance of regulations and permits, security, safety requirements and standards)

Project Management: encompassing a global understanding of time and resource allocation and client communication of large scale events. (Including: Budget Planning, integration of production departments)

Audiovisual & Technical Direction: assessment, design, setup management and show coordination for events and forums.

Production Management: search, negotiation, integration and coordination of suppliers and all production details of large scale events. (Including: Contract compliance, logistics of delivery, set up, show and teardown)
