Channable USA (office based in NYC) will be exhibiting at ShopTalk 2023 best described as the retail industry’s best event, consistently describing their experience as amazing, educational, energizing, exciting, insightful, inspiring, productive and fun!
Event Dates: March 26 - 29th
Location: MANDALAY BAY, LAS VEGAS.
Channable have booked a 20m x 20m exhibiting stand and we are looking for a freelance event manager to help coordinate (in alignment with the Channable team) everything that is needed for this event from A-Z and managing all aspects of participation.
This includes defining event requirements:
-Stand and event briefing,
-Booking of travel
-Design stand and building arrangement
-Channable colleauge schedules
-Stand materials e.g.brochures & goodies
- Catering for the event
- Assuring that we reach the event goals respecting budget and quality standards
We have a very supportive Channable team based in NYC and also inhouse team based in The Netherlands that are able to assist with the design and briefing. We are looking for someone one the ground who can help the US team arrange all of the above!
We are currently awaiting the final brief from the event directly to highlight all elements that will be included but there will be a full brief readily available for this job.
