My name is Jami Johnson and I am the owner of Bella Events, LLC which is a full-service meeting planning company specializing in retreats and small conferences. I handle the location, the activities, and all the details in between so you can focus on your employees and your business initiatives.

Bella Events has planned over 60 events since 2016, ranging from government (association) meetings across the lower 48 states with the Federation of Tax Administrators to luxury corporate events in Costa Rica and Turks & Caicos for The Honey Pot Company. I have experience planning meetings ranging from 12-300 person meetings and retreats.

I have 7 years of experience with RFP creation and contract negotiations on behalf of clients for their meetings. I save my clients anywhere from 10%-30% of their budget through contract negotiation and experience practically paying for myself. The most I have saved a client was $26,000 (33% of their budget) on one event.
